Help independent salons run a better business

What you'll do

• —Ship features end-to-end across our Next.js frontend and NestJS/Postgres backend
• —Make architecture calls that stick — this early, decisions compound
• —Work directly with the founder on what to build next, not a backlog handed down from a PM layer

What we're looking for

• —Strong TypeScript, comfortable owning a feature from schema to shipped UI
• —Product judgment — you ask "should we build this" as often as "how"
• —Early-stage experience or a clear appetite for it

What you'll do

• —Onboard new salons — services, staff, opening hours, their first week of real bookings
• —Spot the salons at risk of churning and reach out before they do
• —Feed what you hear back into the product — you'll talk to more real users than anyone else on the team

What we're looking for

• —Experience in salon/spa operations, customer success, or account management
• —Genuinely enjoys explaining software to a busy owner who doesn't want to read a manual
• —Comfortable on the phone and over WhatsApp — that's where most salons actually reply

What you'll do

• —Run acquisition across paid social, SEO content and salon-industry partnerships
• —Own the numbers — cost per signup, activation, and what actually moves them
• —Build the referral and marketplace-growth loops that compound without paid spend

What we're looking for

• —Track record running acquisition for a B2B SaaS or local-services marketplace
• —As comfortable writing copy as reading a funnel dashboard
• —Bias to ship a small test this week over planning a big campaign next quarter

What you'll do

• —Answer support email and in-product queries within our one-working-day promise, usually much sooner
• —Diagnose real bugs vs. usage questions, and escalate the former straight to engineering
• —Help write and maintain the help-centre content that stops the same question landing twice

What we're looking for

• —Clear written English and genuine patience with non-technical users
• —Comfortable learning a fast-moving product without a big internal wiki to fall back on
• —UK-based working hours, so salons get an answer during their working day
